Knitting Sue tag

Last June I learned to knit. I reckon I have made at least 20 scarves, mostly those frilly ones, but I have an epic work in progress that has been knitted on huge needles and will eventually be felted.

I wanted to create a special tag to go with the scarves, for when I give them away to friends.  Here's what I came up with:

I knitted a teeny sampler onto bamboo skewers and attached it to the tag. The Knitting Sue stamp from 100 Proof Press was the perfect image for this! I then embellished the top of the tag with various trims from Craft Queen and a button.

This will make a handmade scarf even more special!
