Say it with...

....no designer paper.  That's the challenge this week at the AnnaBelle Stamps blog.  I thought this was going to be hard - designer paper is often my starting point when designing a card. Then I thought - I could make my own pattern using stamps:

I chose the words from the Christmas Scene Baubles set - they are slightly rough and distressed (no surprise they would appeal to me LOL), lined them up in a straight line on an acrylic block, and stamped a whole card front.  I used aged mahogany Distress Ink (ranger).

All it needed was a little embellishment at the bottom right hand corner, in this case a hand made rolled fabric rose, a couple of holly leaves and a few Sprinkles from this pack. Done!

This week we welcome Iwona as a permanent member of the AnnaBelle Stamps Design Team.  Welcome Iwona!!
