Now that the shopping is done, all the gifts are wrapped, and the food for the next few days is organised (if not cooked), I can breathe a little easier. Almost lost the plot for a while there - that was close! At this point I can use the words of a good friend of mine "I've done my best, that's all I could do. You can't ask for anything more."
Here's a pic of one of the Christmas cards I made for this year:
I made just a few - I ran out of time in the end. The stamp is from StampIt, and that's birght red foil cardstock to contrast against the kraft cardstock. I decided on traditional red and green colours this year.
I wish everyone all the best at this time of year, whether you celebrate Christmas or not. It's a good time to sit and relect with family, and to make plans to start the new year afresh. Thank you for taking time to read my blog, it means a lot that someone out there shares my passion for this hobby.
I'm going to leave you with something I started making a few years ago:
These guys fill my world with sunshine and life-giving rain everyday. They make everything I do meaningful because they are ALWAYS watching. If there's one thing on my resolutions list for next year it is to be a better role model for these guys.
Season's Greetings everyone!
Merry Christmas to you and your family Teresa ♥
