Fun Layout

Busy paper + tiny photo = problem. Usually. 

Here's how I tackled a layout with these elements (and a little help from Bazzill cardstock and Spellbinders dies):

 

I used a tag in a co-ordinating light colour to help the photo stand out. Then it was a matter of tying it back in to the background paper, by colour and by theme. I achieved this using teeny tiny little die cut shapes:

The title was in danger of drowning in the confetti as well, so I popped that up on foam dots to give it some room to shine.
