New Quote Stamps from Darkroom Door

Love a new release! Darkroom Door have six new quote stamps available. Here are some cards I made:

Being Creative: I stamped the quote onto some calico as well as into some wet crackle texture paste for some extra interest. The dirty old paintbrush is stitched on with back twine.

This quote is called Eat More Cake. I made the cake using washi tape and the stand is the lamp post from the Champs Elysee set:

 Up next is Follow your Heart in a gorgeous scripty font. I stamped it over some dictionary page that has a thin layer of gesso over it, then added some ink spatter:

and here it is again, but this time with a heart shape die cut from it:

 

Up next is Stand Out. I coloured the stamps using Distress Markers, then stamped onto white cardstock. I then spread the colour around with a waterbrush to fill in the shapes:
 

 

Then I used the fine point of the markers to add polka dots to each letter:

 

Here's a great quote for friendship cards - Good Bra, embellished with a bra I made from a DieNamics die called Support Hope:

 

And last but not least is Wander. Layers of map page and vellum with some random embellishments:
