Carved Birds in a nest card

This ended up being quite a chunky dimensional card!

First of all I stamped Darkroom Door's Criss Cross background stamp in the corners of a kraft card. Then I stripped the top layer off some corrugated cardboard and painted it white. Next I added a square of Authentique papers and half a KaiserCraft nest. (PVA glue worked really well for the nest!) Then I stamped and cut out two of the birds from the Carved Birds Vol 1 stamp set. The word LOVE was written with the Alphabet Medley letters.  I finished it off with a couple of eggs, some moss and a couple of twigs made from twisted brown paper bag.

Told you it was chunky. I don't think I'll entrust this card to Australia Post - this one is for hand delivery only!
